The recipient could not have guessed that the tea tastes fantastic and looks so enchanting in the small pot, because he or she had never seen ErblühTee before.

The experience

The Erblüh tea offers the connoisseur an extraordinary experience: inside the ball is an artfully bound exotic blossom. However, the ball only reveals its secret when it is placed in a vessel with boiling hot water. It slowly begins to open and at the end of the infusion, the embedded blossom emerges, richly shaped and colourful.
Almost everything about this tea is handmade. Only a few so-called master binders are allowed to bind the dried white tea leaves into a ball shape, because the knowledge of this rare art is strictly guarded. Thus, ErblühTee remains a precious rarity of China.

The Black Tea

ErblühTee consists of fine black tea from the high mountain regions of Fujian province in China. What is unusual about this black tea is that only the high-quality tea leaf buds are used, which are refined into this exclusive black tea in a gentle fermentation process.

The preparation

1. Step: Boil water and immediately pour into glass carafe. Please note: In contrast to green tea preparation, the use of boiling hot water is necessary here to ensure optimal opening of the ErblühTee balls.
2. Step: Carefully place the ErblühTee ball in the water and marvel...
3. Step: Please note the recommended infusion time. 2-3 infusions are possible, which will vary in flavour intensity.

The ingredients

Black tea (min. 95%), flowers (1-5%) of marigold, rose (damascena), jasmine, lavender, rose (centifolia).

ErblühTee contains tea. Store in a cool and dry place.

The Creano teapot was specially developed for the Erblüh tea and is unique in this form. During production, the special requirements that this teapot must fulfil were taken into account in order to optimally unfold the visual and flavourful magic of this tea. Thanks to its dimensions and shape, the teapot brings out the advantages of the Erblüh tea in a magnificent way and stages a fascinating infusion with a perfect aesthetic bloom. Its customised capacity contributes to the refinement of the exquisite taste.
