Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Form for Consumers

"Consumer" within the meaning of this cancellation policy is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this repayment.

We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics and functioning.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of cancellation

• The right of cancellation expires prematurely in contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

Notes on returning goods

• The notes listed in this section do not constitute a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
• Please do not send the goods freight collect to us.
• Please send the goods as a franked package to the specified return address and please keep the proof of postage.
• Please avoid damage or contamination of the goods.
• Please return the goods to us, if possible, in their original packaging and outer packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If the original packaging or outer packaging is no longer in your possession, another suitable packaging should be used to provide adequate protection against transport damage and to avoid any claims for damages due to damage resulting from inadequate packaging.
