The JudgeMe Widget

The JudgeMe widget is directly integrated into the Shopify shop system. After an order is completed, JudgeMe automatically sends an email requesting a review to the email address stored in the Creano customer account.

All incoming reviews are automatically checked against the shop's sales history. A review is only considered if it can be clearly assigned to a specific order. Reviews from verified buyers are marked with "verified" in the widget and have been checked accordingly by JudgeMe.

In addition, Creano is entitled to subsequently verify reviews not submitted via JudgeMe and integrate them into the widget. In this case, employees manually check the associated Shopify data to determine whether an actual purchase has taken place and whether the review originates from the email address stored in the customer account.

Only after successful confirmation of these connections will the respective review be published in the widget.
