The competition is organised by Creano GmbH. Any natural person resident in Germany who has reached the age of 18 is eligible to participate. The competition begins on 30.07.2024; the closing date for entries is 13.08.2024 at 23:59. Late entries cannot be considered.
Participation in the competition takes place by posting a photo or video on Instagram that is labelled with the hashtag #CreanoMatchaMoments. Participation via automated procedures (e.g. via competition clubs or competition service providers) is not permitted. In these cases and in the event of violations of the conditions of participation or manipulation, we reserve the right to exclude the participants concerned.
Each person may only take part in the competition once. The winners will be chosen at random. For this purpose, all "Instagram names" of the participants will be recorded and stored for the purpose of determining the winners. Address data will later only be collected from the winners and only used to send the prize. Participants are entitled to statutory rights of information and cancellation.
Prize description

The winners must report back by 28 August 2024 at 11:59 pm and provide their address for the prize to be sent.
Following the competition, the winners will be contacted directly via Instagram direct message from the official "Creano GmbH" account. In the message, the winners will be asked to provide their address for the dispatch of the prize. In the event that a winner does not contact Creano GmbH independently by 28 August 2024 at 11:59 pm, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will lose their right to have the prize sent to them. The winners will be announced without guarantee.
Creano GmbH is authorised to transfer the personal data to third parties in order to enable delivery of the prize. Only one prize per participant is possible, which cannot alternatively be paid out in cash. Claims to prizes are not transferable to other persons. Creano GmbH is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. Creano GmbH is only liable for legal and material defects in the event of intent or gross negligence.
Premature termination of the competition
Creano GmbH reserves the right to cancel or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice. Creano GmbH will make use of this option in particular if, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons, the proper organisation of the competition cannot be guaranteed. If such a termination is caused by the behaviour of a participant, Creano GmbH may demand compensation from this person for the damage incurred.
Applicable law; severability clause; exclusion of legal recourse; right of amendment
These conditions of participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and Creano GmbH are subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. Any incomplete or ineffective provisions shall be supplemented or replaced in such a way that another appropriate provision is found which comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the ineffective or incomplete provision. Legal recourse is excluded.
No involvement of Instagram in the competition
The competition is in no way connected to Instagram and is in no way supported, accompanied or controlled by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided is not Instagram, but Creano GmbH. All questions, comments or complaints are therefore not to be addressed to Instagram, but to Creano GmbH. Participation does not give rise to any claims against Instagram.
